Optical reflective mirrors are precision mirrors with highly polished flat or curved surfaces that reflect light. Ebetter specializes in producing custom reflective mirrors for various applications. Industries such as life sciences, astronomy, metrology, and solar engineering rely on our precision mirrors and other optical components.

Ebetter is capable of manufacturing high-quality reflective mirrors that reflect specific wavelength ranges while allowing the transmission of light at other wavelengths. Custom reflective mirrors and precision mirrors can also be designed to reflect at predetermined angles.

Ebetter also produces high-performance ultra-broadband metal mirrors. Here, a reflective metal film is first coated onto a substrate, followed by a dielectric outer coating. Ebetter's metal coatings include aluminum, silver, or gold. Gold is an ideal choice, especially when operating in infrared applications, particularly at wavelengths greater than 2μm. Silver exhibits high reflectivity in the visible light and near-infrared ranges. For general-purpose applications in the visible light range, aluminum coatings perform well. The final dielectric coating provides protection and enhances reflectivity, making these mirrors highly durable.

For specific applications requiring narrow wavelength and high energy levels, we recommend using laser-grade reflective mirrors. These efficient precision mirrors are used for beam steering in laser applications. Ebetter's dielectric coatings can be optimized for the laser wavelength of your choice to achieve high reflectivity.

Other Special Reflective Mirrors

Ebetter's parabolic mirrors are designed to either reflect energy outward from a single point or to capture all parallel incident light and reflect it to a single focus. They have numerous applications, including laser material processing, fluorescence microscopy, high harmonic generation, and waveguide-free supercontinuum generation.

Off-axis parabolic mirrors can be seen as "cutouts" of larger parent parabolic mirrors. These mirrors are challenging to align but can be very beneficial to optical designs when properly set up. They share many functionalities with parabolic mirrors but deviate off-axis from the incident light rays, allowing more interaction space around the focus.
