AgGaGeS4 Crystals
AgGaGeS4 (thiogermanium gallium silver) crystal, referred to as AGGS crystal, is a new type of infrared nonlinear crystal, nonlinear coefficient d31=15pm/V. Compared with conventional infrared nonlinear crystals, With wide light transmission range (0.5-11.5μm), small absorption coefficient (0.05cm-1@1064nm), With high laser damage threshold (>1.2J/cm2@1064nm), it is an ideal infrared nonlinear crystal material that can be pumped by 0.8μm titanium gem laser and 1.06μm Nd:YAG laser to output high power middle and far infrared tuned laser.
